Where is the advantage?

Motivational leasing is tax-subsidized and can be used for cars, bicycles and IT equipment incl. smartphones. The tax benefit alone saves the employee an average of 35% of the cost. With the AMS concept for motivation leasing, the employer is protected from problems. The responsibility for the leasing object lies with the person who also uses the object: the employee.

What effort will be required?

AMS offers fully digitalized processing for motivation leasing. The employer is exempt from leasing costs during the non-pay periods of employment. Is there a limit on deferred compensation?
