    AMS is a leasing company founded in 1982 and is subject to supervision by BaFin and Bundesbank according to § 32 KWG. In order for us to enter into our leasing customer’s vehicle order or purchase agreement, we ask that you sign the order entry form. We receive the signed order entry form directly from the customer who uploads it to our web portal. Please do not send us the form yourself. This would only delay processing.

    All we need from you is the transfer protocol and the sales invoice. Please send us the documents as a PDF file by e-mail and note the different e-mail addresses: fpm@ams-gruppe.de for the takeover report, rechnung@ams-gruppe.de for the sales invoice.

    Would a customer like to purchase a bike from you via AMS? Here’s how:

    FILL OUT THE AGREEMENT
    Fill out the agreement to enter the customer’s JobBike order.

    SUBMIT FORM & ONLINE CALCULATOR
    The customer uploads the order form to our web portal and applies for deferred compensation. Forwarding by you is not permitted. You will receive the order entry form by e-mail after it has been checked and approved.

    ORDER ENTRY
    AMS declares the order entry for the JobBike to you.

    TAKING OVER THE JOB BIKE
    The customer makes an appointment with you to take over the JobBike. After receiving our order receipt, you hand over the bike to the customer.

    INVOICE & HANDOVER REPORT
    AMS will transfer the invoice amount after receipt of the handover protocol (you will receive this by e-mail) and the correctly issued invoice.

    Leasable accessories

    In principle, leasable accessories also include accessories offered by the manufacturer at the factory (“optional equipment”) as well as accessories offered by a dealer that are permanently attached to the bicycle. Not eligible for leasing are, for example: Bicycle trailer, child seat, bicycle helmet, bicycle shoes, protective clothing, glasses, water bottle, floor pump and tools. Accessories that are not eligible for leasing cannot be billed through AMS in any other way.

    Leaseable accessories include saddle, bell, lights, pedals, luggage rack, rear view mirror, mudguards, rain cover (for cargo bikes), bike computer, air pump incl. bracket and other mounts (for example, for child seat, cell phone, bike basket, bike bag, beverage bottle, etc.), but also replacement battery and bike lock. Also eligible for leasing are the costs of upgrading the pedelec display and the costs of assembly, packaging and shipping. The accessories must be included in the sales invoice for the bicycle. Subsequent settlement is excluded.

    Which lock is needed?

    AMS only approves locks from the manufacturers ABUS and KRYPTONITE, which at least meet the security level prescribed in the insurance or contract conditions.

    Settlement of workshop costs

    The customer shall settle the costs for care, maintenance, inspections and wear-and-tear repairs as well as the costs for the inspection of operational safety directly with the workshop. AMS can only reimburse the costs incurred by the customer if the workshop invoice is made out to AMS Fuhrparkmanagement GmbH, Rankestraße 17, 10789 Berlin.

    Dealing with violent or insured damage of workshop costs

    The order for the repair of violent or insured damage is always placed by the lessee or driver. If you have not received a declaration of assumption of costs from AMS, the driver places the order at his own risk. In this case, he must pay the repair invoice issued to AMS himself and upload it to the AMS web portal for reimbursement. The costs will only be reimbursed if the repair costs are covered by the insurance.
