    Breakdown & (Glass) Damage

    Do you want to report an insurance claim? Then please use our form for the damage claim.

    If it is a JobCar that is no longer roadworthy due to a breakdown, tire damage or an accident, please call the insurer’s emergency number.

    You can find the insurer’s emergency number at www.ams-autoschaden.de

    The insurer will initially help you based on the vehicle cover if your vehicle needs to be towed away or if you need to remain mobile. Please note that tire damage is not covered by the insurance. Not even if the damage is due to vandalism.

    To ensure that your insurance cover is not jeopardized, please do not place the repair order – even for glass damage – until you have received approval from AMS or the insurer. The repair company will be selected by AMS or the insurer.
