Tires & Rims

The manufacturer’s warranty conditions must be observed for all work on the vehicle. The driver is free to choose the repair shop for tires, rims and wheel changes. AMS has agreed special conditions for car tires with selected tire dealers. The invoice recipient is always AMS Fuhrparkmanagement GmbH.

In the case of a bicycle or JobBike, the tire invoice should be paid by the rider and uploaded to the AMS web portal for the purpose of reimbursement. In the case of a car or JobCar for which the repair shop has received order approval from AMS, AMS will pay the invoice amount directly to the repair shop.

No prior order approval from AMS is required for repairs to the JobBike. For repairs to the JobCar, the repair shop always requires prior approval from AMS at www.auftragsfreigabe.de

If the repair shop does not receive order approval from AMS, the order can only be carried out if the driver is prepared to pay or disburse the tire invoice himself and then upload it to the AMS web portal for reimbursement.
